1. Chris Genkinger Joins Massivemuscle.net

Introducing Chris Genkinger, a very accomplished bodybuilder. Some of you may remember I had a picture of Chris on my homepage in the past. There is now an entire page with Chris' pictures and another page with his bio. Believe me, you should check his page out. It is great inspiration for bodybuilders.

2. 3 Great Bodybuilding Articles

I found three wonderful articles for bodybuilders at all levels. The first two articles are from the Steroid-Encyclopaedia.com newsletter. Don't let the website's name scare you. These are basic bodybuilding articles written by a natural bodybuilder.

Bodybuilding Basics #1
Bodybuilding Basics #2

The third, from the Ripped Magazine website, has an article by Don Lemmon explaining a unique way to take creatine. I have had little luck with creatine in the past. Let me tell you, I have been following this routine and it has worked tremendously for me. Also, I have typed up a quick reference of the creatine cycle you can print out.
